With Native American ancestry, beautiful model and award-winning actress, Julia Jones, is naturally also a passionate advocate for Indigenous storytelling. She is best known for her roles in The Twilight Saga movies, the HBO sci-fi series, Westworld, and for the crime mystery, Wind River. In 2015, she played the female lead opposite Adam Sandler in The Ridiculous 6, and has guest starred in the Disney+ Star Wars series, The Mandalorian.
Jones was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, and was interested in the arts from a very young age. She studied at The Boston Ballet School from the age of 4, and began working in commercials and theatre when she was eight. She attended the historic Boston Latin School and eventually graduated from Columbia University with a degree in English. She has modelled for many well-known catalogues, including Levis, The Gap, Espirit and L’Oreal. She had her first movie role in 2003 and has since gone on to appear in numerous film, TV shows and stage productions, including Hell Ride, Jonah Hex, Cold Pursuit, ER and Goliath, acting alongside such great names as Billy Bob Thornton, Liam Neeson and John Malkovich, and for directors such as Quintin Tarantino.
