Katrina Jackson, also known as Kat Tat, is a well known tattoo artist from LA and the owner of Enigma Tattoo. She started up her own tattoo shop after she left Black Ink Crew: Chicago to follow her dreams of running her own business.

Jackson has always been passionate about her profession, starting out at her dorm room in university and practising her art on fake skin in order to learn the skills she needed to go pro. She worked for several years in small scale tattoo shops in Chicago, honing her craft and learning from other artists. However, she rose to fame when she joined the cast of Black Ink Crew: Chicago as a main cast member in 2015. The show followed the careers of a group of tattoo artists in their day to day lives. Jackson was a main member of the cast for three seasons before she opted to step back and take a new path to her dreams, only returning for a short appearance a few series later.

Jackson opened her own shop in 2018 with a huge press coverage of the event. She now provides her services for the people of Beverly Hills and prides herself for her upscale vibe. Her tattoos are featured on the company’s Instagram page, which has a whopping total of a hundred and twenty thousand followers.
