Katie Holmes

Stunning actress, producer and director, Katie Holmes, first achieved fame playing Joey Potter in the hit TV series, Dawson’s Creek. She is best known for her movies Wonder Boys, Batman Begins, and Logan Lucky, as well as for playing Jacqueline Kennedy in the TV miniseries, The Kennedys. She made her Broadway debut in 2008, featuring in a production of Arthur Miller’s All My Sons. In 2016, she made her directorial debut with the film, All We Had, in which she also starred. She has featured in countless “Hot and Sexiest” star lists over the years, including People’s 50 Most Beautiful People, FHM’s Sexiest Women in the World, and Teen People’s 25 Hottest Stars Under 25. She has appeared in adverts for Garnier, and Gap, and has been the face of Miu Miu. She started her own high fashion clothing line in 2008, Holmes & Yang, with stylist Jeanne Yang, and in 2009 launched a dance scholarship fund called the Dizzy Feet Foundation. In 2011, Holmes received the Women in Film Max Mara Face of the Future Award. And, if you didn’t know, she used to be married to Tom Cruise.

Holmes was born in Toledo, Ohio and began modelling as a teenager, attending a modelling school in New York and winning many awards. But by the time she was 17, she decided acting was for her and moved to Los Angeles. In 1997, on just her second audition, she was cast in Ang Lee’s award-winning film, The Ice Storm, playing opposite Sigourney Weaver. Her star began to quickly rise and after being cast in the long-running hit TV show, Dawson’s Creek, the movie parts came thick and fast. She has since appeared in many high-profile movies, including Wonder Boys, opposite Michael Douglas, Batman Begins, with Christian Bale, Mad Money, with Diane Keaton, and Logan Lucky, with Daniel Craig.
