The inspirational Kelly Crump is a model, influencer, health and cancer coach who has taken social media by storm. Openly discussing her Stage 4 breast cancer with her sizeable online following, Crump is the first woman with a mastectomy scar and active cancer to model for Sports Illustrated. The trailblazer has more than 24,000 followers on Instagram and regularly takes part in challenges including half-marathons and 100-kilometer charity walks, spreading positivity, inspiration and little random acts of kindness wherever she goes.

Crump overcame a difficult childhood to become a hugely successful manager in the fashion industry, managing multi-million dollar turnovers whilst travelling across nine different countries. When she was 38 years old she received a diagnosis of primary breast cancer and discovered that she would need ongoing care due to the spread of the disease. Unable to find enough relatable content online for her diagnosis – especially relating to her age group – she began to share her own stories online so she could help others with their illness.

Originally hailing from Kernersville, North Carolina, Crump now lives in London where she continues to share her relatable content to her constantly-growing online following. Now making her debut as a Swim Search finalist in Sports Illustrated in 2022, she continues to smash barriers and show others who are living with illness that they can still chase their dreams.
