The stunningly beautiful and incredibly talented Lee Yoo-mi is a Korean actress best known for her appearance in the hit Netflix survival series, Squid Game, in which she plays the damaged girl Ji-yeong, or No.240. She has been nominated as the Best New Actress at the 2021 Buil Film Awards for her remarkable turn in the acclaimed teen drama, Young Adult Matters.
Born in Jeonju-si, South Korea, Lee Yoo-mi started acting at a young age and made her film debut when she was 17-years-old in 2010’s action thriller, The Yellow Sea. Since then she has appeared in numerous productions, including The Russian Novel, Like A French Film, Superpower Girl, The Whispering, the acclaimed Young Adult Matters, and 2021’s reality action thriller, Hostage: Missing Celebrity. Her TV career started in 2010 as well, with a part in Future Boy. She has since featured in a number of other Korean shows, including Children of the 20th Century, Just Dance, Doctor John, and 365: Repeat the Year. She has also starred in the Korean online streaming service Naver TV’s Afternoon in a Small City, and It’s Okay To Be Sensitive, and, of course, in Netflix’s Squid Game.
