Famous American YouTube personality, Lucie Fink, is also known as a lifestyle host. Fink was born in Westchester County in New York, and she graduated from Scardale High School in 2010. After finishing high school, Fink enrolled in the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore to study neuroscience. However, after one year of studying there, Fink found that she would in fact enjoy media more and changed her major to earn a Bachelors of Arts in Writing Seminars. While studying, Fink found a passion in content creation. She began by making stop motion animations for brands like Under Armous, Oreo and SoulCycle. After graduating, she accepted a position as associate producer at Ogilvy. After one year at Ogilvy, Fink received an offer to join Refinery29 as a video producer and lifestyle host, a female focused content marketing site. She began her role at Refinery by filmin an array of five-day challenges. Her most clicked challenge was that of living without a cell phone, reducing her sugar consumption and living plastic free. Fink use Adobe Premiere Pro software application to edit her videos. She also grew in fame with her YouTube series like the Try Living with Lucie, and Lucie for Hire. Fink was able to manage both her role at Refinery29 and her own YouTube channel and other platforms, like her Instagram page, until 2019. It was then that Fink decided to focus all her energy into building her own personal brand. On her YouTube channel, Fink has over 289 thousand subscribers, and over 23 million views on her videos.
