Lyle Thompson is a renowned professional lacrosse player celebrated for his exceptional skills and contributions to the sport. He has made a significant impact in both indoor and outdoor lacrosse, showcasing his talent as an attackman for the Cannons Lacrosse Club in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) and as a forward for the Georgia Swarm in the National Lacrosse League (NLL). His professional journey began when he was drafted first overall by the Georgia Swarm in 2015, where he quickly established himself as a dominant force, winning the NLL MVP and Championship MVP in 2017, and earning multiple All-Pro selections.

In outdoor lacrosse, Thompson’s prowess was evident during his tenure with the Florida Launch, where he was the top overall pick in the 2015 Collegiate Draft. He later joined the Chesapeake Bayhawks, further solidifying his reputation as a leading player.
