Madison O’Connor
Dancer and reality TV star Madison O’Connor is known for her appearance on Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition, placing second in Season 1 of the show.
O’Connor has been a dancer for her whole life and at the age of 21 has already made a significant impact on the contemporary dance scene. She has won numerous titles including Regional Junior Miss PrimeTime 2010, Regional Teen Miss Showbiz 2013 and Regional Senior Female Outstanding Dancer in 2016, and in 2012 was selected to be part of Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition. The show was a televised dance contest followed the lives of young dancers as they fought it out for top spot and a scholarship for one of the best known dance academies in America. The show was a spin off of Dance Moms, and featured the fierce dance instructor Abby Miller as the head judge. O’Connor performed well throughout the series, becoming a favourite both with fans and the judges, going on to place second in the programme when she was narrowly beaten in the final.
Most recently, O’Connor has continued to train and perform with her dance school, Performing Edge 2, which is based in Florida. She frequently takes part in competitions such as the NYCDA Nationals in New York City and the Onstage New York Nationals. O’Connor is a talented performer with many more years in the spotlight ahead of her.
