Groundbreaking UFC champion “Magic” Marlon Moraes is shaking things up in the sporting world. The top bantamweight in the world, Maraes has led an astronomic career spanning the last two decades. Within the first round, Moraes dropped Assunção with two punches and then secured him in a guillotine choke submission. This victory earned Moraes the ‘Performance of the Night’ award. Coming head to head with Henry Cejudo earned Maraes the MMAJunkie award for the 2019 June Fight of the Month.
