Megan Crosson is an American professional soccer player that has played all over the world from Japan, to Spain and back to the states. Not only is she a pro at that game, Megan also leads an extremely successful social media presence, a brand ambassador for a multitude of healthy and clean living companies out there, as well as giving her knowledge, wisdom and experience back to the younger generation in the form of coaching.
Born and raised in California, Megan attended Santa Clara University, where she played soccer for the Santa Clara Broncos. From 2012 to 2016 she made 60 appearances with the team and 9 assists. Following her graduation in 2016 Megan signed with the Houston Dash of the National Women’s Soccer League. Throughout the 2016 season she made 4 appearances with the Dash. The following season Megan said goodbye to America as she flew over to Japan to play with Speranza FC of the Nadeshiko League Division 1. Though she is a defender, Megan showed her versatility on the field by playing 7 games with the team as a forward.
Later that season she joined UDG Tenerife of Spain’s Liga Iberdrola, before heading back to the states in 2018 to play with Washington Spirit of the NWSL. The following season Megan scored her first professional goal in a game against Sky Blue FC. In 2020 she headed back across the seas to join the Celtic of the Scottish Women’s Premier League. Megan is the founder of T2T Pro Soccer Training, a company which she, alongside fellow professional soccer player Conor Shanosky, offers private training to the next generation of players. With 18.4K instagram followers, Megan is somewhat of an influencer and can be seen working in collaboration with brands such as May Field Glow, a vegan skincare company, That’s It, plant-based, vegan and paleo fruit bars, and Celsius energy drink.
