A celebrated British dancer and choreographer, Neil Jones built an impressive competitive career, accumulating 45 dance championship titles globally. He represented Finland, the Netherlands, and the UK, securing eight British National titles, eight Dutch National titles, a European title, four World Latin Champion titles, and a World Latin Showdance Championship. His significant partnership with fellow dancer Katya Jones, formed in Blackpool in 2008, led to further success, including becoming four-time undefeated British National Champions and three-time winners of the World Amateur Latin Championships. In 2016, Jones transitioned into a professional role on BBC Ones ‘Strictly Come Dancing,’ initially performing in group routines and serving as a standby professional.
That same year, he performed in the ‘Children in Need’ special alongside Hollie Webb. He further extended his reach by participating in the national ‘Strictly Come Dancing – The Live Tour’ in 2017. His first celebrity pairing on the main series came in 2019 with footballer Alex Scott, with whom he reached the Quarter Final.
