Welsh actor, Owain Yeoman, has been rising through the ranks to become a key figure in acting over the past few years. Many fans will recognise him for his role in the hit show, The Mentalist, and he has also recently starred in the horror film, Brahms: The Boy II.
Yeoman began his career in 2004 when he made his first movie appearance in Troy, which starred the likes of Brad Pitt and Orlando Bloom. Though his role was small, it was an incredible springboard for his career, and he soon began landing other roles. He took on a small role in Midsomer Murders before earning a significant role in the TV series, Kitchen Confidential, which starred Bradley Cooper as a chef.
Yeoman’s roles were mostly on TV for some time, including his appearances in The Nine and Generation Kill. However, he advanced from these roles into film once again, appearing alongside Bradley Cooper for a second time in American Sniper. He then also starred in Brahms: The Boy II in 2020. Despite his success on the silver screen, however, he is probably best known for his role in The Mentalist. Over the span of seven years, he appeared as a main character in hundreds of episodes and made himself a household name.
Yeoman’s career has made him popular on social media. He now boasts over eighty thousand Twitter followers, and a further one hundred and twenty thousand followers on Instagram.
