Ross Lynch is a musician, singer-songwriter, and actor from the United States. He is one-half of the band Driver Era with his brother, Rocky Lynch. He was also the main vocalist of R5, a pop-rock band made up of his family members that performed over 500 shows around the world over a ten-year period. He is most recognized for his role as Austin Moon on the Disney Channel original series Austin & Ally, as well as his part as Brady in the Teen Beach Movie franchise. Lynch made his cinematic debut in 2017 with the movie My Friend Dahmer, in which he played a teenage version of the psychopath and American serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. Lynch also starred in the 2018 film Status Update, in which he played Kyle.
Lynch starred in the hit Netflix American supernatural horror streaming television series Chilling Adventures of Sabina from 2018 and 2020. He played the iconic role of Harvey Kinkle. It was created by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and is based on the Archie comic book universe and in the world of the comic of the same name. Lynch’s love of music came to good use in CAOS, as his character Harvey is a member of the fictional band Fright Club, and Lynch was often called upon to sing and play the guitar as a part of the series. Lynch also plays piano, drums, and bass guitar.
The Driver Era released their latest album in 2021, called “Girlfriend,” which Lynch describes as some of his favorite music he’s ever produced.
