Canadian actor, Ryan Bruce, is known for being a Leo nominated actor. Bruce was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Bruce trained at the University of Saskatchewan in the theatre department to pursue his passion for acting. To expand his knowledge and skills in acting, Bruce also went on to study film and television at the Vancouver Film School and completed the CBC Actors Conservatory program at the Canadian Film Centre in Toronto. So far, Bruce has starred in many television series, including in Lucifer where he played the character of Corazon, The Lottery where he played the character of Barfly, Motive where he played the role of a store clerk and Blackstone. Lucifer is an American urban fantasy TV series developed by Tom Kapinos, and it first premiered on Fox in the beginning of 2016. The Lottery is a movie that talks about a world destined for extinction as women stopped having children. The Motive is a Spanish drama film directed by Manuel Marin Cuenca, which first premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2017. For all his performances, Bruce received critical acclaim; however it was for his role as Travis in Blackstone that Bruce received the most positive feedback.
