Seth Meyers

Seth Meyers is an Emmy Award-winning writer, actor, and host known for his extensive work on “Saturday Night Live” and as the host of “Late Night with Seth Meyers.” After joining the cast of ‘Saturday Night Live’ in 2001, Seth Meyers swiftly became a pivotal figure, earning two Primetime Emmy Awards for his writing contributions. He was promoted to writing supervisor in 2005, then to co-head writer in 2006, ultimately becoming the sole head writer that same year. Meyers co-anchored the iconic ‘Weekend Update’ segment with Amy Poehler starting in 2006, continuing as a solo anchor from 2008 until 2013, and briefly alongside Cecily Strong before his departure in 2014.
