Pioneer DJ speak to Jazzy Jeff & Scratch Perverts

Pioneer DJ are celebrating 20 years of their existence this year, and the second part of their ‘DJ History’ YouTube series was released last week.

Part 1 saw the likes of James Zabiela, Carl Cox, Laidback Luke and Roger Sanchez talk about their memories of the introduction of the CDJ and its subsequent evolution, while Part 2 focuses on their range of mixers and FX units – with comment from Jazzy Jeff, Scratch Perverts and DJ Shadow.

The new episode arrives just after the announcement of their XDJ-1000 unit, which does away with CDs entirely, and shortly after the introduction of their first ever turntable – the PLX-1000.
