UK Afrobeats DJ P Montana has teamed up with rapper Trapz for the storming new single ‘Don’t Go There’.

Premiering via GRM Daily on Friday, the song is quintessential grime with a P Montana twist. Trapz brings rapid-fire aggressive lyrics, emphasizing the beat’s hard edge.

GRM Daily described ‘Don’t Go There’ as a “treat”, and the song lit up social media, with countless fans describing it using the infamous fire emoji.

The release of ‘Don’t Go There’ caps off a busy 2016 for DJ P Montana. He was nominated for the Best DJ Award at the inaugural African Pride awards ceremony. He also sold out a headline show at O2 Academy Islington. He continued his much-loved mix series with an excellent Summer 2016 R&B Hip Hop UK Rap Mix and a sublime Summer 2016 Afrobeats Mix.

DJ P Montana has also been hosting his weekly radio show on Radar Radio, highlighting the best talent from the genres he loves. He recently brought on Kojo Funds for an exclusive live in studio performance.
