Sunflowermusic Records, the independent label founded by Antonello Ferrari, is entering an exciting new phase in 2026, building on a long-standing partnership with MN2S Label Services that dates back to the label’s early years.
First launched in 2016 and distributed by MN2S since its inception, Sunflowermusic Records has grown into a respected name in the global house and soul scene. Over the years, the label has achieved chart success and built a reputation for delivering high-quality, soulful productions.
A new structure for the label
Now Antonello Ferrari is guiding the label into a new era with a refreshed internal structure designed to support a busy schedule of upcoming releases.
As of January 1st, Sunflowermusic Records has reorganised its team, placing a stronger focus on promotion and marketing. This allows the label’s staff to concentrate fully on campaign strategy and visibility, while Antonello continues to lead the creative side, working closely on productions with his musicians and vocalists.
This new direction reflects the importance of strong promotion in today’s music landscape, alongside consistent, high-quality output.

Marc Evans
Marc A. Evans, from Baltimore, discovered his musical path in his late teens while studying at Morgan State University. Known for his rich baritone voice and soulful delivery, he blends music and poetry, performing both as a singer and spoken-word artist. His career spans independent and international releases, with a strong reputation for emotionally powerful live performances.
Angela Johnson
A multi-instrumentalist from Utica, NY, Angela Johnson began playing piano at four and later studied violin at SUNY Purchase. She gained recognition with her band Cooly’s hot-box and her solo debut They Don’t Know (2002). Her music has been featured in major TV shows and films, and she has collaborated with artists across soul, R&B, and jazz. Johnson is also an award-winning independent artist and songwriter.
Dawn Tallman
Known as the “Queen of Gospel Energy,” Dawn Tallman blends gospel, soul, R&B, and dance music. Cheryl Porter
Cheryl Porter is an internationally acclaimed singer, vocal coach, and gospel artist. Originally from Chicago, she trained in opera before building a global career spanning multiple genres. Sophia Baker

Sulene Fleming
