About DJ Felix Sama
Felix Sama started in his early twenties, inspired by the master mixes he heard on the radio and fueled by a love for music and ambition. When he first started in music he had a turntable and a tape deck. His big break came through radio, where his talent quickly caught the attention of industry pros and opened the door to a successful career. Felix didn’t stop there. He then started working internationally with Telemundo’s Mun2 channel, helping introduce reggaeton to a wider audience. By creating fresh concepts like video mixes, he brought a new energy to music shows and pushed his career to the next level. His work on TV gave him global exposure and cemented his influence in the industry. Along the way, Felix has gained a wealth of experience and insights that make his journey an inspiration for up-and-coming DJs and producers which he shared in this interview.

His involvement in non-profit organizations as the president of USA Breakin’ demonstrates his commitment to giving back and fostering growth in others, highlighting his vision of creating long-lasting impact in the music world. USA Breakin’ being dedicated to advancing the sport of Breakin’ while preserving its cultural and artistic roots in Hip-Hop. The organization provides fair representation for U.S. Breakers at international events, forms national teams that reflect the community’s legacy, and ensures athlete safety and well-being. USA Breakin’ promotes the dance at both grassroots and national levels, offering positive training environments, education for coaches and officials, and resources for members, crews, fans, and competitors.

As well as his upcoming project “The Rock Star Mindset” which is all about unlocking the greatness that already exists within each of us, because everyone has a “rock star” inside and they just need the tools and confidence to tap into it.
