London Soul maestro Nate James is launching his new single ‘In My Skin’ on 19th February at O2 Academy Islington.

Nate James brand new single ‘In My Skin’ will see its official release soon, and an O2 Academy Islington headline show from the singer to launch it.

Though James wrote and recorded a version of the song in 2013, 19th February 2017 will see ‘In My Skin’s official launch as a new single.

The original version of the track, up on Nate’s soundcloud, is by turns evocative, soothing and emotional, with the soul singer’s masterful vocal performance taking centre stage over a piano accompaniment and occasional backing vocals.

Since starting his career in the mid 2000s, Nate James has established himself as one of the nation’s most successful independent soul artists of his generation. His four studio albums have earned him comparisons to Soul icons Stevie Wonder and Marvin Gaye, and he has racked up two MOBO nominations over the course of his career.

Nate James’ music has also brought him a loyal live following. Fans can expect a stellar performance at the ‘In My Skin’ launch show this February, with support from Artcha and DJ 279.
