MN2S welcomes award-winning grime artist Chip to the booking agency live roster this week.

Formerly known as Chipmunk, Chip is known for the UK number one single ‘Oopsy Daisy’ and a string of acclaimed underground mixtapes, EPs, albums and singles, including the genre-defining ‘School of Grime’ which featured veterans Double D E and Jammer.

In Chip’s decade-long career he has also worked with Stormzy, WSTRN, Trey Songz, Kano, Emeli Sande and Ghetts. He has also won countless accolades, including MOBO Awards and Urban Music Awards.

Hailing from North London, Chip started rapping at just 14. Now aged 25, the MC is spearheading the Cash Motto movement. Under the maxim ‘we stick together like wolves’, Chip’s movement encourages creativity and collaboration amongst his community of family and friends. Projects include casting services, merchandise, events, parties, and of course music: Cash Motto is also Chip’s independent record label.

After multiple releases last year including the two part EP Believe & Achieve and the mixtape Rap vs. Grime, Chip is gearing up to drop the album Power Up on August 26th. The album will feature the spicy new single ‘Peri Peri Sauce’.
