
The legendary house DJ appeared in a documentary for Amazon chronicling the early days of the UK rave scene.
Amazon has produced and released a new documentary, “Better Days: The Story of UK Rave“. The production charts the tale of UK dance music, exploring how the genre and scene has developed over 30 years, while interviewing key figures such as Terry Farley, Denis Sulta and Paul Hartnoll. Starting in the ’80s, the documentary traces a path through warehouse parties and acid house straight through to the lockdown raves that have occurred during the coronavirus pandemic. With a score composed by Overmono and contributions from legendary artists such as Orbital, Dance System and TSHA, “Better Days” is a fascinating dive into the tale of electronic music and the culture that surrounds it.
