British actress and television personality Chizzy Akudolu has been appeared on BBC Radio to discuss her partnership with MN2S.
Back in November, MN2S partnered Chizzy Akudolu with the National Health Service for the national launch of the Healthy Choices Quiz campaign. The campaign is designed to encourage people to make small, simple changes to their health and wellbeing through a free digital quiz. Acting as the face of a new social media campaign and appearing in a short film in which she takes the quiz herself, Chizzy answered questions on dietary choices, sleep patterns and mental health, received her personalised set of results, and highlighted how easy and accessible the process is for viewers.
On 5th December, Chizzy was interviewed by BBC’s Karen Gabay about the quiz for BBC UK Black Radio and shared her views on the importance of mental and physical health. Chizzy informed viewers that the quiz was free and confidential, and can provide an overall picture of your wellbeing through a personalised rating, while offering suggestions on areas to improve. “It encourages people to take simple steps to healthy choices based on their answers, and the score gives you a snapshot of your overall lifestyle and how it might be impacting your health” Chizzy said. “I think it’s a wonderful thing.”
