Chizzy Launches NHS Healthy Choices Quiz Campaign | MN2S

British actress and television personality Chizzy Akudolu has been teamed up with Britain’s NHS by MN2S.

MN2S has partnered the National Health Service and Chizzy Akudolu for the national launch of the Healthy Choices Quiz campaign. Going live on 24 November, Chizzy acted as the face of a new social media campaign and appeared in a short film in which she takes the quiz herself, answering questions on dietary choices, sleep patterns and mental health. The campaign is designed to encourage people to make small, simple changes to their health and wellbeing through a free digital quiz.

In the film Chizzy answers questions, receives her personalised set of results, and highlights how easy and accessible the process is. By sharing this authentic and relatable journey she emphasises the key message: take that first step towards improving your health. The quiz takes only about five minutes, and in return users receive tailored lifestyle suggestions, useful tools, and tips based on their results.

This campaign strongly underlines the power of talent-led public health work. Thanks to Chizzy’s openness and warmth, the NHS is able to share its message in a way that feels both relatable and motivating to viewers. At MN2S, we remain committed to supporting wellbeing-focused campaigns in the public sector: this project is a great example of how meaningful partnerships can drive real behaviour change, helping people across the UK make healthier choices in the process.
