Earlier this month, we were delighted to share valuable insights into the world of public relations.
Tessa Harrison, one of our talented PR professionals, was invited to speak as part of the school’s initiative to introduce students to real-world industry practices during a guest session with students from the Masters University, School of Business and Communication.
The session offered students a unique opportunity to engage directly with an experienced PR expert. Tessa shared her journey into the field of public relations, offering practical advice on how students can launch their own careers and thrive in the fast-paced world of communications.
Reflecting on her passion for PR, Tessa said, “Public relations is an ever-evolving field where I get to help clients build genuine connections with their audiences. I’m passionate about inspiring students to explore this career path, and I always stress the importance of networking as a key to success in the industry.”

The informal, Q&A-style format of the talk encouraged students to ask questions directly related to public relations, covering topics such as breaking into the industry and thriving in the competitive world of communications.
