Steph Shilton joined the station to discuss her work with EPIC Restart Foundation.
Steph Shilton appeared on BBC Three Counties Radio on Saturday to speak with host Kady Braine about her work with EPIC Restart Foundation, a charity that helps people across the UK rebuild their lives after being affected by gambling addiction. Speaking to Kady about the essential work that the charity does, Steph said: “It’s a national service, anyone’s welcome to come into it, we’re building a community. You have one-to-one space with a coach, or even with me, and it gives you that safe space to unload what you’re going through, because it can get pretty dark at times. That’s what I love about it – it helps heal relationships, we look at wellbeing and financial issues as well.”
