The gifted house DJ has earned a place in Spinnin’ Records latest competition, which gives producers the opportunity to win an official release on the label.
As part of Spinnin’ Academy XL, house music institution Spinnin’ Records have launched a competition giving producers the chance to win an official release through the label, or (for the runner-up) a release on Tiësto’s own imprint Musical Freedom. Fifteen entries have been shortlisted, including Sammy Slade’s “All The Time (Radio Edit)”, featuring vocals from George Redwood. The shortlist has been mixed together by Kim Kaey, and all listeners have to do to vote for a track is Shazam the tune of their choice – the four tracks with the most Shazams will then be judged by Tiësto in order to find a winner.
