Model, activist and MN2S PR client Yasmin Benoit spoke to Cosmopolitan for Ace Week.
Yasmin Benoit was interviewed by Cosmopolitan as part of a feature exploring asexuality. Yasmin spoke about her own journey towards understanding her own asexuality, and the importance of raising awareness surrounding asexual issues, along with LGBTQ rights. “Although I wasn’t 100% sure of whether asexuality was a real thing, I knew what I wanted and what I didn’t,” Benoit told the publication. “I’ve always had a good understanding of my body, preferences, and desires so I’ve never been dependent on other people’s input for my confidence or empowerment.” Yasmin Benoit is one of the most prominent figures within the global asexual community.
