Lady Julie Montagu
This yoga and nutrition expert was named one of the world’s top ten Holistic Health Icons in 2017. On top of regularly updating her popular blog, ‘The Flexi Foodie’, Julie has found the time to write three internationally bestselling books – ‘Superfoods’, ‘Eat Real Food’ and ‘Superfoods Superfast’ – with a fourth book just released. ‘Recharge: A Year of Self-Care to Focus on You’ is billed as one of the top wellness titles for 2018. An icon of the wellness movement and role model for women everywhere, Lady Montagu finds time between her writing responsibilities, her hugely successful yoga school, and the management of her historic manor house and estate, to look after her four children alongside husband Luke Montagu.
