We are pleased to welcome BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra hip-hop bastion Charlie Sloth to the MN2S booking agency DJ roster this week.
Taking over the weekly Radio 1 Rap Show from Tim Westwood and hosting 1Xtra’s drivetime session every weekday, he is one of the broadcaster’s key presenters. His exuberant, energetic style saw him rapidly shoot up the ranks of the BBC after he first began presenting there, and he is now firmly established as the biggest hip-hop DJ in Europe.
Also a burgeoning producer, collaborations with the likes of Jadakiss have been met with major acclaim, as was his ‘Hood Heat Vol. 1’ compilation at the end of 2014.
This summer will see him play multiple dates in Spain and Greece as well as across the UK.
