Armonica is a widely popular house music duo, formed by Italian musicians, Andrea Arcangeli and Salvatore Angelucci. Together they have graced many prominent European music venues, from Pacha Ibiza to Pyrex Arena and more. Both celebrated DJs and music producers in their own right, Andrea and Salvatore have had a passion for music and have careers spanning over 25 years. Owing to their musical talent and esteemed reputation, Armonica has been supported by artists such as Andhim, Dixon, Solumun and Black Coffee.
The phrase ‘opposites attract’ comes to mind when considering Andrea and Salvatore and the dynamics of the pair. Both contrasting in interests and pursuits, their synergy is manifested through music and their collaboration. Salvatore loves fashion and art and has a passion for fitness and physical aesthetic, he stands out in a room and owns a POP art collection. In contrast, Andrea is interested in technology, design and art; he has a natural desire to create. Andrea adores travel and embraces culture and architecture wherever he finds himself, always approaching life with a curious eye. The pair met when they were resident DJs at Cocorico in Riccione and merged to become Armonica in 2016, releasing a debut single to much acclaim in 2017, followed by several successful releases.
Armonica have released EPs with renowned record labels such as Bar 25 Music in Berlin and MoBlack Records, an Italian label. They have gained recognition from famous labels such as Diynamic Music, Get Physical and Defected. Notable tracks include ‘Ayo’, ‘Thata’, ‘I Don’t Feel Anything’, ‘Teletronix’ and more. Other releases include ‘I’m So Crazy’ by Par-T-One and ‘Baakoya’ by Mabiisi. The celebrated duo hold residence at Cocorico and are recognised for their unique style, which comprises afro house and deep, progressive, tech. Still in the juvenile stages of their success, there is a great deal to come from Armonica, as they grow in popularity and continue to spread their influence across the globe.
