Adam Doleac, born on April 15, 1988, in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, initially pursued a career in sports. He excelled as an athlete, playing baseball for the University of Southern Mississippi where he appeared in the College World Series. His athletic career was marked by injuries, leading him to explore music. Doleac grew up listening to artists such as Amos Lee, Dave Matthews Band, and John Mayer, which influenced his musical style.
