A pivotal moment came when Paul McCartney offered them his composition ‘Come and Get It,’ which became a worldwide Top Ten hit, selling over a million copies upon its release in late 1969 and early 1970.

Their musical contributions remain celebrated, exemplified by recognitions such as the blue plaque unveiled for Pete Ham in Swansea in 2013, honoring his lasting influence.
