Caitlyn Smith is an American singer-songwriter and musician known for her impactful songwriting for major artists and a successful solo career in country pop. After co-writing Meghan Trainor’s ‘Like I’m Gonna Lose You,’ featuring John Legend, which soared to number one on the Billboard Adult Top 40 chart, Caitlyn Smith solidified her reputation as an impactful songwriter. Her early compositions further included ‘You Can’t Make Old Friends’ for Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton, and ‘High’ for Miley Cyrus, establishing her versatility and skill within the music industry.
