Drake Milligan

Drake Milligan, a country artist and performer, has built a career that bridges traditional country sounds with mainstream presence. After portraying a young Elvis Presley in the CMT series ‘Sun Records’ in 2017 and the film ‘Nobody’ in 2014, Drake Milligan embarked on a distinctive career bridging traditional country sounds with a contemporary presence. Following his experience as Elvis, Milligan strategically withdrew from ‘American Idol’ in 2018 to relocate to Nashville and concentrate on developing his authentic sound and original music. This dedication led to a recording contract with BBR Music Group, culminating in the release of his self-titled debut extended play in July 2021, produced by Tony Brown.

Since his breakout AGT appearance, Milligan has maintained a rigorous touring schedule, headlining shows across the U.S., Europe, and the U.K. as part of his ‘Jukebox World Tour.’ He has also shared stages as an opener for prominent country artists including Lainey Wilson, Luke Bryan, and Blake Shelton, with planned appearances extending into 2025. In 2023, he achieved a significant milestone by collaborating with The Reklaws on the single ‘Honky Tonkin’ About,’ which became his first number one hit on the Canadian country chart. Demonstrating his ongoing prolificacy, Milligan released his latest EP, ‘Jukebox Songs,’ in February 2024.

He has also announced his second studio album, ‘Tumbleweed,’ slated for release in November 2025, highlighting his consistent artistic output. His expanding presence includes a notable spontaneous duet with Blake Shelton of George Strait’s ‘All My Ex’s Live in Texas’ in 2025, further showcasing his engaging live performance ability and industry connections.
