Homegrown Trio

Homegrown Trio, a sibling country group featuring Katelyn, Liam, and Kasey, originated from a cattle station in Far North Queensland. Their early experiences in this environment fostered a deep connection to country music, which continues to influence their artistry. The trio developed a distinctive ‘blood harmony’ through years of shared experiences and natural vocal chemistry, becoming a hallmark of their sound. Their career includes a significant turning point with their appearance on “The Voice Australia,” an experience that provided them with valuable insights into their music and personal development.

Following their time on “The Voice,” Homegrown Trio relocated to Nashville, a major center for country music. In Nashville, they secured a worldwide publishing deal with Warner Chappell Music in 2022. This period also involved collaborations with notable Grammy and CMA-winning producers, such as Dann Huff, Nathan Chapman, and Joy Williams. These collaborations contributed to their musical growth and the development of their sound, which has evolved to incorporate pop influences, as demonstrated in their single “Hold Off Heaven.” The trio has also engaged in various projects, including work on their forthcoming debut EP in partnership with Universal’s Republic Records and Universal Nashville.

The group’s professional journey also includes touring and festival performances in Australia and internationally, supporting their releases like “Homegrown Trio – Part One.” They have maintained an active presence, collaborating with artists such as Bella Mackenzie on tracks like “Grew Up Country.” Their sustained engagement in the music industry reflects a continuous pursuit of artistic development and professional achievement, marked by their commitment to both their roots and new musical directions.
