Kim Petras

Kim Petras is a Grammy-winning pop singer and songwriter known for her vibrant dance-pop sound and her outspoken advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community. She has headlined global tours and partnered with major brands, demonstrating her broad appeal. After releasing her debut extended play One Piece of Tape in 2011, Kim Petras established her independent music career, quickly building a dedicated following and acclaimed catalog. Between 2016 and 2020, Petras independently released music under her own label, BunHead Records.

She embarked on her ‘Broken Tour’ across North America and Europe that same year and headlined the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras. Her growing industry presence continued with a feature on K/DA’s EP All Out in 2020. This independent success led to a pivotal moment in 2021 when Petras signed with Republic Records. Following her major label signing, Petras performed at the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards pre-show, the 2021 MTV Europe Music Awards, and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.

She released her highly anticipated debut studio album, Feed the Beast, in 2023, supporting it with a ‘Feed the Beast World Tour’ spanning 2023-2024. That same year, Petras surprise-released a revised version of her project Problématique and was featured on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, further cementing her status as a dynamic and trailblazing figure in mainstream pop music.
