Lil Bibby partnered with Warner Records through Grade A Productions for the signing of artist Zzz., who released his debut single “All I Never Wanted” via Grade A Productions and Warner Records.
Lil Bibby, through Grade A Productions, partnered with Interscope Records for the release of albums by Juice Wrld, including 'Goodbye & Good Riddance' (2018), 'Death Race for Love' (2019), 'Legends Never Die' (2020), 'Fighting Demons' (2021) and 'The Party Never Ends' (2024). Interscope also gifted Lil Bibby with a Platinum Rolex watch for being a successful partner.

Brandon George Dickinson, known professionally as Lil Bibby, began his music career in 2011. He gained recognition with the release of his debut mixtape, “Free Crack,” in 2013, which showcased his distinct vocal delivery and lyrical style. The mixtape featured collaborations with artists like Lil Herb and King L, and its production included contributions from notable figures such as Hit-Boy and Young Chop. Following the success of “Free Crack,” he released two more installments, “Free Crack 2” in 2014 and “Free Crack 3” in 2015.
His career saw a significant turning point around 2015 when he signed with Kemosabe Records, an imprint of RCA Records. Even as a recording artist, Bibby demonstrated an interest in education, re-enrolling in high school to earn his diploma with straight A’s in 2015. He also considered pursuing higher education in Computer Engineering, indicating a broader range of interests beyond music performance. This period marked a transition from solely performing to exploring other facets of the music industry.
By 2017, Lil Bibby shifted his focus to entrepreneurship, co-founding Grade A Productions with his brother, George “G-Money.” This venture proved highly successful, as the label signed and developed artists such as Juice Wrld and The Kid Laroi. Under his guidance, Grade A Productions played a crucial role in the release of commercially successful albums, including Juice Wrld’s “Goodbye and Good Riddance” and “Death Race for Love,” and The Kid Laroi’s “F*CK LOVE.” His work as a record executive solidified his presence in the music industry, moving beyond his initial role as a rapper to become a key figure in artist development and label management.
