After gaining significant international attention in 2016 with their viral single ‘Jungle,’ multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter, and producer Tash Sultana has independently built a global music career, marked by chart-topping releases and extensive sold-out tours. Prior to their breakthrough, Sultana was the vocalist for the band Mindpilot from 2008 to 2012, winning several Battle of the Bands competitions. Sultana’s self-recorded, engineered, performed, arranged, and produced album, ‘Terra Firma,’ was released in February 2021. In 2022, Sultana announced extensive tours across the UK, Europe, and North America, highlighted by a sold-out show at Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre. That year, ‘Coma’ was released as the lead single from ‘MTV Unplugged, Live in Melbourne.’ Sultanas recent releases include ‘James Dean’ in 2023, the lead single for a new EP, and ‘Bitter Lovers,’ featured on their 2023 ‘Sugar’ EP.
Looking ahead, Sultana is set to release their ‘Return to the Roots’ EP in 2025, with the single ‘Milk and Honey’ also scheduled for release that year.
