The band further demonstrated their enduring appeal through performances at prominent music festivals, including the All Tomorrow’s Parties festival in 2012, the Hopscotch Music Festival also in 2012, and Riot Fest in 2017, consistently engaging audiences across diverse platforms. Versus maintained their prolific streak, releasing the ‘Ex Nihilo’ EP in 2019, quickly followed by their album ‘Ex Voto’ later that year. Their live performances continue to be a cornerstone of their career, securing coveted opening slots for revered artists.

In 2022, Versus opened for Jawbox at (Le) Poisson Rouge, followed by appearances with Unwound at Irving Plaza in 2023, and Guided by Voices at White Eagle Hall in 2023. With a consistent output of distinctive music and a proven track record of engaging live shows spanning decades, Versus remains a compelling and marketable act in the independent music landscape.
