Aaron Young embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at an early age, managing teams by 16 and achieving the role of Vice President of Sales at a large corporation by the age of 29. He encourages learning from challenges and persistence in the face of adversity.

Currently, Aaron Young serves as the Chairman and CEO of Laughlin Associates, a company established in 1971 that specializes in business incorporation and LLC formation across all 50 states. Under his leadership, Laughlin Associates has assisted over 100,000 entrepreneurs in establishing, growing, and profiting from their businesses. Young positions Laughlin Associates as “Fortress Builders,” committed to creating protective structures around clients’ personal and business assets.
