Abbi Pulling is a British racing driver who has ascended through karting championships to become the 2024 F1 Academy Champion and a brand ambassador for Rodin Cars, while also serving as a rookie and simulator driver for the Nissan Formula E Team.
Abbi joined the Nissan Formula E Team in June 2025, signing with the iconic marque as their Rookie and Simulator Driver on a multi-year agreement. She will participate in the All-Woman's Formula E test in Valencia and has completed a productive debut Rookie Test in Berlin.
F1 Academy Champion Abbi Pulling will join Rodin Cars as their new brand ambassador and driver for Rodin Motorsport's GB3 team for the upcoming 2025 season. She is the first female Brand Ambassador for Rodin Cars, continuing her successful partnership with the team after winning the F1 Academy title with Rodin Motorsport.
STRYKE Solutions announced their partnership with Abbi Pulling, welcoming her to their talent portfolio as a trailblazing British racing driver.
Abbi Pulling began her motorsport career at eight years old, with competitive karting starting in 2013 at age nine. She quickly made a name for herself in British karting, notably winning the Super 1 National Junior TKM Championship twice in 2017 and 2018. Her early career also included participation in the Ginetta Junior Championship in 2018 and the Ginetta GT5 Challenge in 2019, where she achieved her best result of two consecutive 6th-place finishes at Donington Park. These foundational years established her as a determined and competitive driver with significant potential.
Transitioning to single-seater racing, Pulling made her F4 British Championship debut in 2020, securing four podium finishes and placing 6th overall. She continued in British F4 in 2021 before budget limitations led to her withdrawal mid-season. In 2021, she also joined the W Series as a reserve driver, making her debut at Silverstone and eventually securing a pole position and a 2nd-place podium finish at the Austin double-header, ensuring her automatic qualification for the 2022 season. In 2022, she finished 4th overall in the W Series with two podiums. In 2024, she returned to British F4 and became the first female race winner of the series at Brands Hatch.
A significant turning point came in 2023 when she was signed by Alpine as a member of their Alpine Affiliate programme, later becoming a full-time member of the Alpine Academy. She competed in the F1 Academy series, achieving 5th place in 2023 with seven podiums. Her 2024 F1 Academy season was dominant, culminating in the championship title with nine victories and podium finishes in all 14 races while racing with Rodin Motorsport and representing Alpine. Her success led to a fully-funded seat in the 2025 GB3 Championship with Rodin Motorsport, where she achieved her first podium in Race 3 at Brands Hatch, becoming the first female to do so. Additionally, she was named a Brand Ambassador for Rodin Cars and joined the Nissan Formula E Team as a rookie and simulator driver.
