Adut Akech Bior, a South Sudanese-Australian model, has made a remarkable impact in the fashion industry since her debut. Born in South Sudan and raised in Kakuma, Kenya, she moved to Adelaide, Australia at the age of seven as a refugee. Growing up in a large family with five siblings, Adut’s early life was marked by resilience and determination, qualities that have propelled her to international acclaim.

Her modeling career took off with a stunning runway debut at the Saint Laurent Spring/Summer 2017 show, quickly leading to her becoming a sought-after figure in high fashion. Adut has graced the runways of prestigious brands such as Alexander McQueen, Givenchy, and Prada, and has been featured in major campaigns for Valentino, Michael Kors, and Victorias Secret. Her accolades include being named Model of the Year by models.com in both 2018 and 2019, and winning the British Fashion Awards’ Model of the Year in 2019, solidifying her status as one of the industry’s leading talents.
