Amanda Lynn Steele was born on July 26, 1999, in Huntington Beach, California. At an early age, she began her journey into online content creation, starting her YouTube channel, MakeupbyMandy24, in 2010. Her channel quickly gained traction for its beauty and fashion-related content, leading to a significant following. By age fourteen, she switched to homeschooling, focusing on her burgeoning online career while also participating in cheerleading and softball during her early years.
Steele’s career progressed quickly beyond YouTube. In 2015, she ventured into acting, appearing as Miriam Worth in the first season of the AwesomenessTV web series, “Guidance,” which was originally released on Go90. The same year marked her entry into fashion collaborations, beginning with an exclusive sunglass line with Quay Australia. Her influence in both the digital and fashion spheres grew, leading to her signing with IMG Models in early 2016, a significant milestone that expanded her presence in mainstream fashion.
Throughout her career, Steele has continued to diversify her work.
