Boyd Martin is an Olympic equestrian, representing the U.S. in Eventing, and a two-time Pan American Games team gold medalist, known for his work with numerous equestrian brands. After winning the last long-format four-star event at the 2003 Adelaide CCI4 riding ‘True Blue Toozac,’ Boyd Martin went on to establish himself as a leading figure in equestrian sport. During his eight years at Heath and Rozzie Ryan’s Newcastle Equestrian Centre, he represented Australia at the Young Rider level in a Trans-Tasman three-day event.
In 2024, Martin competed in the Paris Olympics, achieving a 10th individual and 6th team finish. Early 2025 has seen significant success, including winning the Bouckaert Equestrian Eventing Horse Trials CCI3-S with ‘Tsetserleg TSF’ and the Stable View Horse Trials CCI4-S with ‘Commando 3.’ He also achieved podium finishes at the Carolina International Horse Trials CCI3-S and CCI4-S with ‘Fedarman B.’ In 2025, Martin finished second overall at the Defender Kentucky Three Day Event CCI5-L and won the Defender/USEF CCI5-L Eventing National Championship with ‘Commando 3.’ His stellar performance led him to achieve the number one spot on the FEI Eventing World Ranking List in 2025, a distinction not held by an American in 20 years. He continues to own and operate Windurra USA in Cochranville, Pennsylvania.
