Brian Hartline

Brian Hartline, a distinguished wide receiver, played an integral role for the Ohio State Buckeyes from 2006 to 2008, contributing to their appearance in the 2008 BCS National Championship Game before graduating with a degree in communication in June 2009. His collegiate performance led to him being selected by the Miami Dolphins in the fourth round of the 2009 NFL Draft, marking the start of his seven-year professional career. During his six seasons with the Dolphins (2009–2014), Hartline quickly established himself, leading the team in receiving touchdowns in his rookie year. He broke the Dolphins franchise record for receiving yards in a single game with 253 in 2012, and achieved two consecutive 1,000-yard receiving seasons in 2012 and 2013, the latter also being a career-high with 76 receptions.

His significant contributions culminated in his promotion to offensive coordinator in 2023, solidifying his role as a key architect of Ohio State’s high-powered offense. Currently, Brian Hartline serves as the offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach at Ohio State. He is slated for a further promotion as offensive coordinator in 2025, underscoring his ongoing vital role in shaping future offensive schemes and continuing his proven track record of developing elite talent that consistently contributes to championship-level performance.
