Bridget Regan

Bridget Catherine Regan, born on February 3, 1982, in Carlsbad, California, developed an early interest in acting. She participated in local North County productions such as ‘The Wizard of Oz’ and ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’ during her childhood. This early exposure to performance led her to pursue formal training at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where she earned a BFA in drama in 2004. Following her graduation, Regan relocated to New York City to launch her professional acting career. Her career progression began in 2006 with appearances in various television shows and films, establishing a diverse portfolio.

Regan gained notable recognition for her lead role as Mother Confessor Kahlan Amnell in the ABC adventure romance series ‘Legend of the Seeker’ from 2008 to 2010. This portrayal garnered her a significant fan base and established her as a prominent figure in genre television.
