Cole Beasley

Cole Dickson Beasley was born on April 26, 1989, in Dallas, Texas. He attended Little Elm High School, where he excelled as an option quarterback, leading his team to consecutive Texas UIL-4A playoffs. His performance included 1,184 rushing yards, 12 rushing touchdowns, 1,570 passing yards, and 12 passing touchdowns. Beasley was rated as a two-star recruit by Rivals.com before accepting a scholarship to Southern Methodist University (SMU). At SMU, he transitioned to a wide receiver, demonstrating his adaptability and skill on the field. During his college career, he consistently contributed to the SMU Mustangs football team, showcasing his potential as a collegiate athlete.

Beasley’s professional career began in 2012 when he was signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent. Despite initial considerations of retiring during training camp, he secured a spot on the 53-man roster. He spent seven seasons with the Cowboys, evolving into a key offensive player known for his precise route running and reliable hands. In 2019, he signed a four-year, $29 million contract with the Buffalo Bills, where he continued to be a productive receiver. His tenure with the Bills included a notable 2020 season, where he set career-highs in receptions and receiving yards, earning a second-team All-Pro selection. After stints with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and a brief return to the Bills in 2022, Beasley concluded his active playing career, having accumulated 556 receptions for 5,744 yards and 34 touchdowns over 153 games.

Throughout his career, Beasley was recognized for his consistent performance and contributions to team offenses. Beyond football, he also ventured into a music career, releasing his debut single “80 Stings” in 2017 and his album “The Autobiography” in 2018. He formed ColdNation Records, an independent record label, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit.
