The captivating equestrian Dinja van Liere is a dressage rider, who is a 2x World Equestrian Games medalist, and has competed at the European Dressage Championships. She is also a World Championships for Young Horses medalist, and was the travelling reserve for the Dutch team at the delayed 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
Born and raised in the Netherlands, van Liere started riding at a young age. She went on to become a stable rider, and by 2012, when she was 22, she was the National Indoor Champion in the M2 level. The same year she competed at the World Championships for Young Horses, winning Bronze in the individual dressage. Since then she has gone on to compete at the international Grand Prix, and has represented her native Netherlands at the delayed 2020 Tokyo Olympics as travelling reserve. In 2022 she took part in the World Equestrian Games, winning two Bronze medals for individual special and individual freestyle dressage.
