Cathrine Laudrup-Dufour

Cathrine Laudrup-Dufour, a decorated Danish Olympic dressage rider, reached the pinnacle of her sport in March 2025 by achieving the Number 1 ranking in the FEI Dressage World Rankings. Her distinguished career began with her joining the Danish national pony dressage team, where she secured numerous medals at Danish and European junior and young riders championships. Demonstrating a blend of athletic and intellectual pursuits, Laudrup-Dufour pursued academic training, studying Leisure and Sports Management at University College Zealand for a year. Since January 1, 2010, she has amassed an impressive record of 89 wins out of 181 starts in Dressage competitions.

Laudrup-Dufour has consistently represented Denmark on the international stage at the highest level. She competed in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, achieving 13th place individually and contributing to a 6th place team finish. Her Olympic presence continued at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, where she secured 4th place in both individual and team dressage events. A standout year was 2022 at the FEI World Championships in Herning, where she earned a coveted gold medal in team dressage, alongside two silver medals in individual special and freestyle dressage.

She extends this educational mission through ‘Cathrine Stream,’ an online platform providing comprehensive training videos, reaching a global audience of aspiring equestrians. Leveraging her prominence in equestrian sports, Laudrup-Dufour has cultivated several impactful brand partnerships, utilizing her influence to promote reputable brands both within and outside the equestrian community.
